Making A Purchase
Browse our catalogue and click on "add to cart" at any item that you wish to buy and it will be placed in your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection,
please choose where the delivery is to be made, once you have chosen click on "checkout!" and you will be asked for your details. You can also place an order by phone
on 01724 842002. You will be sent an order confirmation by email when we receive your order.
If you require a copy sending by post, please state on order.
If any item is not available or temporarily out of stock, you will be
contacted via email or phoned with the option to cancel or change your order. We can back order for you and these
back ordered items are not charged until they are ready for delivery.
Any contracts not completed within 30 working days can be cancelled by either party and a full refund will be given for goods not delivered. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
A refund form will be sent and needs to be filled in before any refund can be
processed. All refunds will be made by cheque. We will make all cheques payable
to the name given on both, our records and the completed refund form only, this
will be posted by recorded delivery to the address given upon time of order.
(please use the billing address details, if different from delivery address) The
information filled in on this form should match on both order and refund forms,
any discrepancy will cause a delay in the refund being made. This is to help
The ordering system allows you to choose your payment method, Payment options are Credit card, cheque or bankers draft or cash on collection. We accept all major credit cards. All cheques are to be made payable to Quality Bathrooms of Scunthorpe Ltd. Cash on collection is strictly by prior arrangement only (contact the Quality-Bathrooms.com sales team to arrange this). Process your order through the system then select your preferred payment method.

There is a relevant charge added to the shopping cart for every complete order to the UK
mainland, Scotland, Wales & the Isles (this is clearly stated in the "how
has my S&H been worked out?" section of "Your Basket").
UK deliveries are usually made within 10 working days (please make sure that
there will be someone in at the address to receive the delivery). ON DELIVERY PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE GOODS AND REPORT
DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY TO THE DRIVER & A MEMBER OF THE QUALITY-BATHROOMS.COM
TEAM. We cannot accept liability for damages or errors after the proof of
delivery (P.O.D) note has been signed or if goods have been fitted. Please
report damages, faults or errors to the Quality-Bathroom.com team via phone, email or
fax as per the contact details section. In the unlikely event of damage, fault or error you will be entitled to an exchange only.
You or somebody you have nominated to take the delivery, must be present to accept delivery and assistance may be required to unload. Please ensure we are advised in advance of any likely access problems.
If the delivery cannot be made due to nobody present to accept the delivery or
due to restricted access to your delivery address not being reported, the
delivery will be returned to Quality-Bathrooms.com & a re-delivery charge
will apply to the re-arranged delivery (this will be the same shipping &
handling charge as on the order).
If delivering tiles on their own, there is a
minimum charge of £45.00 for shipping & handling. We will normally send
this delivery via a pallet. This is to be arranged & paid for via the
Quality-Bathrooms.com sales team.
Collections can be arranged, but will still incur a £10.00 administration cost,
this can only be done by prior arrangement, to do this please e-mail, phone or fax
a member of the Quality-Bathrooms sales team who will arrange a time with you.
If collecting you will be given an arranged time, if you are unable to make this
on the day due to circumstances, please contact us to re-arrange. Failure to do
this will incur another £10.00 administration fee (we will allow an hour from
the time slot allocated, providing this falls within our office working hours).
We advise against booking trades for installations until the goods have been received. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.
We will process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible and delivery is usually within 10 working days
of cleared payment from our Scunthorpe based distribution centre. Deliveries
made outside Mainland UK may incur a few days extra for delivery, we will
inform you if this is to be the case.
Tax Charges (VAT)
All our prices include VAT at 17.5% VAT. Our company Reg. number is

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. This encryption begins at the form where you are asked for your credit card details. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer; all that passes through the Internet is a scrambled message. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your information is not stored on an Internet active computer so a third party cannot access your details.
We do not pass on any of our customers details to any other companies for
research or marketing.
All our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty, which is detailed with the product or is a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated.

We will never collect sensitive information about you other than the basic details you give us on the order form. You can check the information we hold on you at any time by emailing us and we will be happy to
confirm the details we have held in our system for you. This process can be made
only by verification questions being answered. no credit card, banking or
payment details will be forwarded as they are not held by Quality-Bathrooms.com
past payment confirmation. All information is held securely in accordance with this policy and the law. If you have any queries then email

hours, of our normal working day.
You have 5 days from the day you received the goods, in which to notify us that you wish to cancel the order.
For cancellation instructions you can email our Operations Manager at
or contact the Quality-Bathrooms.com sales team who will assist in this matter. Due to the fragile nature of our products
the item(s) must be repackaged in the packaging they were received in and we must arrange the collection. You will be charged the full return
cost (this will be the same shipping & handling charge as on the order). Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation
and inspection of the goods.
None of our terms of trading affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
